Default Should i trade?

Hey guys.

I need some help!
I am interesting in trading my 99 mustang gt for a sn95 model cobra.
First off...should i even trade for a older car like that?
But here is my situation.

I found a guy that has a 94 cobra(white)
which is used for his daily driver.
Has the following
*Pro 5.0 shifter
*Flowmaster exhaust
*o/r x-pipe and Headers.
*aftermarket clutch(Tight compared to my stock clutch)
*Monster Tachometer
*Cold air intake

The bad about it is.
*leather interior has rips so will need to be replaced(total replacement)
*still has the stock paint which has cracks in it(just from age)
*foggy headlights or something. (looks yellow.)

And for my car.
99 mustang gt
*Cold air intake
*Steeda Tri-axe Shifter
*Mustang Shelby Razor wheels
*dynomax exhaust
*o/r x-pipe

He wants to trade b/c he is looking for a mod motor.
and with the 94 cobra it needs to be tuned after a upgrade.
according to him.

It would be a straight up trade but he would like to keep his 2000 cobra r's and i just keep mine. (Bummed on that one). btw. even on 100.xxx miles.
Thanks for looking!!!

Don't do it I've had a 2001 GT and a 1998 Cobra and the Cobra didn't look as good in my opinion and didn't feel nearly as fast.

i believe that you can spend around $1000.00 in some bolt ons and pass what the cobra had pre 99 "from what i've read on some reviews!"-plus like he says-doesn't look as nice!

yeah but its a cobra, 20 years from now i think the cobra would be worth a lot more than the gt but thats 20 years from now, personally i like the looks and the styling of the 99-04's so i'd probly keep what you have.

5.0's are easily modified to produce good power!... don't think i would do it though! have him throw in some cash for the seats then maybe
