i had an sct x3 on my last mustang. was very happy with it. always used vmptuning for my custom tunes. however i sold the tuner with the car and now i have the 02 gt. it came with a diablosport tuner and a 93 octane tune. since this is my daily driver i dont want to be using 93. i want a good custom tune for like 87 or maby 89 octane. anyone know any good online shops or local shops that will do custom tunes.

also the tuner did not come with the computer cord. is this a possible bestbuy cord?

Well, for starters, if you update that tool to the 9r07 crom fromour website, it will have 87 octane tunes.

after reading the manual am i undertanding that i can either run the stock tune or the performance tune. so either 87 or 93? are those my only two choices. or are there companies i can buy "canned/email" tunes from?

He just linked you a website to get a email tune like most sixxer guys do through Justin as you know. He doesn't write for diablo though. Mine didn't come with a computer cord either, I don't think they do. Take it to bestbuy or whatever and tell them you need a cord to connect it to your pc/mac. Here is another place that was a recommended diablo email tuner when I asked around on their forum http://www.tuningsuperstore.com/. I doubt theres anything wrong with the 87 octane tune it came with for just an exhaust though, probably a waste of money to shell out for a custom tune. I don't know 2v's though.
