I bought a used unlocked 7145 from a forum member. I just got it today and I'm anxious to load one of the canned tunes onto my car. I might eventually get a custom tune but since my only mods are a BBK CAI and flowmaster axle back I am not sure that there is much more a custom tune has to offer.

Anyway, now that I have this thing in my hands I am a little apprehensive of connecting it to my car. I've read too many posts by people who have messed this up and I've got myself freaked out.

pay attention, follow the instructions, and you'll be fine.

We have probably 10,000+ Predators for the 05+ Stangs out there, no worries

The tool is really simple to use, let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks

Thanks Mike. I just loaded the 93 performance tune. I didn't see one for the BBK CAI on the menu. Is there a tweet I need to do to the tune or can I download the BBK tune somewhere? I read on your forum that I should add 5% to the MAF curve, is that correct?

Thanks,
Jeff

Well, BBK claims that intake does not require tuning.
if you get lean codes (most people seem to eventually) add 5% to the MAF curve

The intake was on the car when I bought it and I've put 10k on it with no codes but I can smell the cats sometimes when I run it hard.

Just the stock 93 octane performance tune brought out the beast in this car.

Thanks for you input Mike, I appreciate it.
