Hi all,

I just installed JLT Carbon Fiber CAI with SCT and Roush Axle back on my 2012 5.0.

I am so happy with the results, it's a different beast now.

But this happened to me couple of times, whenever I am cruising at low RPM (2000-2500) and step a little more on the gas, the car doesn't respond, it revs a little as if its on N and the feels like it went to low gear and refuses to respond and the car feels so heavy for sometime till i step more on the gas and thats when it goes back to normal. I guess its a little rich.

I am using 98 Octane fuel (which is equevelant to 95 in USA).

Any thoughts?

My 2012 GT/Auto did the same thing you describe with a nearly identical setup but on mine it was more at idle and mostly happened when the engine was cold. I've switched to a DiabloSport InTune, its too early to pass judgement on the difference/results.

After driving the car for 10 days now, I noticed that my idle is always at the 500rpm. and it happened couple of times that when I stop the car and keep it on N for a minute after driving it for a white, it turns off !!!!!
