Hey all,

Just a question about my X4 tuner...

I recently installed long tube headers and got my new tunes for the new upgrade emailed to me. I originally had some issues getting my tunes onto the tuner due to device update issues. However my device is now updated completely, and my tunes are on the tuner. However when I plug my tuner into my car to install the new tune, it allows me to select program vehicle, select the tune I want, but when I select the tune it says "general error" and won't install the tune. Maybe I didn't put the new tunes onto the device correctly?
