Ok, since Jeff/Brian was/were MIA i took down the minutes of the meeting. Here is the list of what we discussed, proposed actions, and the outcomes:

-Discipline of Pendrak, accused of High Treason (leaving Uncle Sam's to go off with the ricers under a different club affiliation) (PASS)
-Banishment of all cats; fluffy,and emissions-related (PASS)
-Flail limitations in effect to keep order (PASS) (Miller posed/flailed rebuttal, outcome incomprehensible)
-Yings every monday night (EHHEYYY PASS)
-Hats (FAIL) *amendment: hats only for group creators (Jim, Jeff, Miller) (PASS)
-Cookout events at alternating suitable houses (Jim's, Sadowski's, Carolynn's) (PASS)
-Jim and Sadowski and Jeff gayness is the only gayness tolerable (Hayyyyyyy PASS)
-Call scott(?) (PASS)
-All members must remain sexy, and stay classy (??) (PASS)
-Procure gavel and judges wig for future meetings (PASS) *gavel sound*
-Miller's tranny fund (PASS) *overridden and veto'd by jim (tranny fund FAILS)
