welll...as yous know the car wouldnt fire up all week....did a lot of diag....determined the pcm was bad....so today (sat) while i was taking out the PCM...i got a letter in the mail from ford...saying i have a new warrenty for 8 years 80,000 miles from the build date on cats and a PCM and well its an 01 so i have a year and 11,000 miles left.... BUTT...weird thing is now that i can get my computer fix for free from ford... the mother ****in car started up for me today lol... not a bad thing and i think im going to see if i can get it replaced anyways for free but its just weird how today went

ya sent me a message too....pulled the timing cover and the plug i hoped to be missing was right there in it's place doing it's job.

car gets dropped off at the engine builder's on tues, meddless to say i am working lots of overtime right now bec i'm sure i'll be grabbing my ankles when the bill comes
