ok, now i looked on ebay for 5.0's out of Mustang and then i looked for Crown vics and all those type. but how much harder is it to do with swapping a 5.0 crown vic into a 1990 mustang ?
OK, for my year it's way faster, against a great driver in an edge V6 it's a little faster, and for a new sn197 it's a hair bit faster. But point is, the 5.0 will yeild much more performance per mod than the 3.8L, plain and simple.
Yea, I agree, the 351 Cobra Rs weren't that much faster than the standard Cobras, plus add in the fact that they costed way more, and don't have a lot of mod options for them, they are really more of a collectors item than a serious fast car.
