Thats an aftermarket spoiler, I believe JSP used to make it. A guy I used to work with had one on his Integra. I must say, it looks better on your car.

Yep it is called JSP's Grand Touring and i have to admit that i dont know what the previous owner was thinking judging by some of the pics they give.... total ricers, but it turned out pretty good on my car....
