At my highschool there's some kid that has a 02 (I think) Celica and it has a ok body kit but the kid thinks he can beat anyone. Think I can take him???

Also theres some other kid with a 5.0 fox bodyed mustang at my school and he thinks he can beat me(which probally can, 5.0) the car looks like sh*t not painted or anything but I don't know how the engine is. We were on the same road one day and he was really easy to keep up? Think I can beat him??

Id have to say no to the 5.0. Ive beaten a 5.0 with my 01 auto, but i dont think he was that good of a driver, that and i got a good launch. But yes to the celica if it isnt the GTS

if the 5.0 is stock, drivers race, if its jsut a base celica then u got him

beware of a celica GTS, it is pretty quick. it is capable of very high 14's. as for the 5.0, if hes stock and his car is in good condition, you will probably lose to the 5.0 mustang. the auto is gonna slow you down more than anything. but dont ask us, race em and find out and post it!

As far as the 5.0, the Foxes are hella lighter than the edges. He definately has the weight advantage. Just hope he sucks at driving.

Celica is a toss up as your auto tranny is going to kill you. Now even if the 5.0 were an auto you'd have to get hell of a lot lucky to beat him as his car would have to either be raged out, or would just have to have a seriously crappy launch and you a superb launch to win. yes. they only have like 140 hp. even though theyre light, a six shoudl still be able to take it. the gtS is the one u need to worry about.
