will a 5.0 from a 93 and earlier mustang fit into my 2002 v6 or will it only fit a 4.6? If the 5.0 fits what will i need to change? Also if the only problem is something like AC please note b/c we can jsut delete that!!

You'll have to get a million things to make it fit, first you'll have to get 5.0L engine mounts, then shocks, struts, ecu, exhaust, rear end, and a nice list of other things.

just build the 3.8. it is more build friendly than the 5.0 with a stock block. sure there is tons of stuff for a 5.0 but the 3.8 will deliver alot of power for the $$$ if you do it right.

singleturbo kit running 11psi is all you need and is stock engine friendly with a good tune and proper fuel upgrades like a SVT focus fuel pump,42lb injectors or cobra 39's SCT bigair MAF, and SCT Xcal2 from www.vmptuning.com
340rwhp375ftlbs and running deep in the 12's for about $6000

A stock 5.0l block that is in good shape is ususally good for about 500hp. The essex block in your V6 mustang is good for about 750hp due to the dense block and thick cylinder walls. What could work out is selling the 5.0L for either V6 stuff, or a swap with someone for a modular 4.6L V8 that will go into the car 100 times easier than the 5.0L will.
