Ok... I think I know what it is, and I think it's the problem. Working on 95 Mustang Convertible. The top will not go up or down (no responce from the switch). The turn signals won't work, but the emergency flashers do. On fuse box under the dash, towards the firewall mounted on the outside of the fuse box is a yellow six pin relay. The number on it is F4ZB-13350-AB also H252 and TBB89. I searched GOOGLE nothing there, went to the auto parts store nothing there. The service manual list a convertible relay located on the underside of the lower dash reinforcement panel. This unit clicks like a flasher relay when the emergency lights are on, but the blinkers won't work and the convertible top won't work. I did throw a hot and ground wire to the pump motor in the trunk.. it works.

So... is this a relay for blinkers, and top? But if so, why does the flashers work? Or is there a relay somewhere else?

Hi. I have a similar problem with the indicators which although the hood works it sounds similar to problem you had with theyellow relay in the drivers footwell area. What was the fix? and where did you get the relay from? as everyone I've asked dont recognise the part no.
Thanks Mike

i have a good feeling that guys not gonna respond to you. this thread is about 3 years old. somebody else might know, im asuming you ment top, not hood. go to the gen tech section and at the top of that section is a link to the convertable tech section. ask there.
