awful scratching noise

it was my emergency brake cable.. 12 dollar fix... and i have had this problem for a year now..

Default emergency brake

hey guys,

bare with me, im knew at this and am not mechanic savvy....
i have this rear squeeking noise, scratching noise, coming from the rear, passenger side... i can hear it when im idling around 10 mph or less than that....
any suggestions? thanks...

could be a busted shock, or possibly worn spring isolators.
