Default what kind of stock coolant does ford use?

I asked my mechanic about the condition of the coolant and he told me that ford uses long life coolant good for 100k miles. He tested it with some acid paper and said that it was fine. The coolant color is greenish/yellow, so I'm not so sure its really the long life stuff. Just wanted to know if I should replace it or leave it.

most of the long life stuff ive seen is orange. i stay away from it because if you drain the radiator not all of the anti freeze will come out of the block and it will dry and eventually chip and then bam, clogged radiator
