How would that function in any type of rain/snow/sleet etc. etc. lol I wonder how good it would be for the supercharger to be sticking into the air at 70mph+, I could see it being good for cooling the supercharger down but maybe not so good for keeping the supercharger bolted onto the engine. lol

Nope, Nathan has run it that way since March of last year. No issues...even in the rain.
If you are driving at rain, you shouldn't be pushing a motor at WOT, which is when you'd get slip.

I didn't know if it would cause belt slippage or rusting out of parts early etc. etc. I stillwouldn't think it would be the best idea to drive it around in the rain and snow all of the time though.

No worse than the rest of your car being out in it.

Well that is pretty sweet then. I love the way that car looks too. I would like to get a flat black stripe but I don't know if I want togo through the hassle ofkeeping it clean compared to the rest of the car. lol

im just trying to find a better idea to deal with hood clearance. Putting on a 3inch cowl hood just looks ugly to me. i saw some guy who had his original hood and cut a hole and coverd the hole with a gt scoop but it didnt cover it all the way. but then agian he wasnt using the ssm adaptor.

Nope, Tomzac put a LOT of added stuff into his set up to get it lower. Stretching the fuel rail wider isn't an easy task.
