what wrong with my car???

will a cracked header cause the "service engine soon" light to come on and make a ticking noise?
i have an 02 with stock headers

Light ticking or a heavy ticking?! Could be valve tap.

if u are sure that you have a cracked header im sure thats what it is and it could possibly cause a cel

Find out what code you are throwing... that will tell you what's going on.

Yes a cracked header will trip it. It's allowing air out prior to the 02 sensors... so your car isn't reading your exhaust gas air/fuel ratio correctly and trying to adjust for it... most likely thinking it's lean, so dumping in too much fuel - resulting in a rich condition. (Ironic, I know).
