If I had the cash I would dropa LS7 in the ol 93' 300ZX

I have an extra Mach1 engine that I will test fit later this summer into the 92' Z parts car we have to see if the 32V heads will clear.

If it clears then its getting a Termi motor MUWAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Oh if you guys want to see LSx and LT1 converted 300ZX's then just search for Hybrid Z's and LS1 Z's and whatnot. There are a couple on youtube.com

Also a California company is making good money dropping 5.0's into Miata's
Just search for 5.0L Miata LOL

A. Chevrolet engines dont belong in mustangs
B. Mod engines are larger than their LSx rivals
C. In street applications, you fit a 385series(429/460) motor into an SN95 mustang, up to 557ci while remaining streetable! But in all reality, a 5.4L-based mod engine is your best large-cube option. Great engines, not hard to install if you know what you are doing.

Granted, GM engines don't belong in Fords, but he didn't specify brand loyalty.[8D]

so the 370/429/460 is saller than a mod motor?????? either a mod or an LS would fit far beetter and have much les suspension issues from weight.

only 3 engines would i ever swap into an sn95
mod V10
5.4 navie
termie
the 4th would be an FE bigblock cause nobody else has really done it except a small few. 360 truck block with 428 rotating assembly and 410 merc slugs and you have a 410" engine in the stang with a ton o power but even then it it would be a track car.

a cheap bigblock install would be a 370 schoolbus/dumptruck 385 series engine with a cam and intake and good carb but it would need federal emissions waivers

any engine could be made to work with money and knowledge. how about a 4.5L V6turbo diesel powerstroke?? or a 305 and no not a 305 chebby a 305 GMC big block V6 or a 351 or 400 magnum GMC V6 bigblock???

best idea is stick with the V6 factory engine and slap a blower on it

BRAND LOYALTY?!? That is a cardinal law! That is the biggest sin a Mustang Loyalist could commit. I feel bad driving a Grand Am when I own 2 Mustangs. I lose respect for anyone putting anything other than a FORD block into a Mustang. DO NOT PUT A NON-FORD MOTOR IN A MUSTANG!![:@]

*** anyone who will tell you that chevy engines dont go into mustangs. Chevy makes sick fukin engines. IF you can afford it, do it. Im thinking about going Z06 instead of Cobra, i still love my mustangs but im not stupid. If ones better, then thats how it is.

Afford it? Chevy engines cost less to build than a ford motor. Ask people which is cheaper to build a 350 or a 302?But once again it is brand loyalty.
