LT Dual Exhaust in motion, have questions!
Ok my Longtubes are in the car, what a b!tch. My Cats are on. I need to extend O2 sensors into the mid piping, where can i get the rings to seat the rear O2s in?
I have yet to obtain them, everyone seems to be telling me Exhaust shops, or we dont have that.....
Where have you guys who did your own work found them?
Second, I need a mounting bracket (metal piece) for the right side of the car, for the passenger side exhaust to hang from. This is post axel. Where did you guys get this?

illegal in a very very very **** about emissions state, NJ.
yes, I can very well get away with them, but must pay for inspection every two years, and a cop can also flag it if he wants to be a dick.

do you need the hanger for the muffler or the tailpipe?
uhmm stock hangers from the dealer, ask them for a hanger for the passenger side tailpipe, or whatever you need, say its a GT

ended up using a grinder and cut the O2 seats out the old stock pipe.
for the hanger in rear we torch/welded a steel rod and bent one into same shape. mission accomplished.

RE: LT Dual Exhaust in motion, have questions!
it took a day, I'm the most novice when it comes to car work. 3 people working on diff segments of my exhaust.
the entire headers to tip exhaust took two days, worked about 8-8 sat and 8-3 sunday.
part of reason for time, i cut wires and extended my own o2 sensors. grinded the two bolt pattern off the header cellectors and welded a 3 bolt pattern to it, then the cats, then the catback. the 2 bolt wasnt working out well for us.
my headers had a crooked flange. both will fit in from the bottom, remove EGR, starter, battery, intake (and put them back). that is all i remember moving out the way, the difficult part was the fact that my header is a bout a few milimeters from my tranny pan, and the flange is crooked. we took the studs out the engine and had to put in bolts. I hate MAC now.

Are you serious? I had mine done in 3 hours, including the cool down time from driving to pick them up from getting polished. Puting in lt's h-pipe and catback, shouldn't take more than 6 hours., unless you really have never done anything like this before.
