High RPM Pinging Ringing Noise
When I punch it and the car hits around 4000-4500 and anything higher on the RPM's the car starts making a semi-loud noise that sounds like someone playing the spoons really fast. Any ideas?

First of all, you probably shouldnt be hitting anything abover 5k rpms with a V6. 5250 rpms at the most. But try running higher octane fuel. sounds like you're having an ignition/combustion problem. also check the plugs

Whoops.... I messed up, it redlines around 5250 RPM's right? Any my rattle starts at around 1,000 RPM's before redline so it must have been that the rattle starts around 4000-4500 RPM's. My mistake I'll edit.
And second.... if I am having a ignition/combustion problem then how do I find out for sure? And how do I fix it?
