Default Pypes OR Xpipe LOW

I ordered an offroad xpipe from American Muscle awhile ago and just had it put on my V6. I went up to chicago last weekend and I was having some serious problems with it bottoming out. So I took it back to the shop where I had it put on and they threw it up on the lift. Apparently the bends in that pipe just make it hang low. I double checked all their work and it is almost defiantely the pipe. Anyone else have this problem with one of these? I was going to lower it this weekend, but there is no way I can lower it with the exhaust as low as it is.

thanks.

How low is it hanging? I have duals and my stock cats are less than2 inches off the ground. It really is annoying sometimes.

if it is an off road x pipe, itll cost you some extra cash, but you could pay them to fab you one...then there will be no excuse if it hangs too low. just an option..

mine hangs really low but wasn't put in by a shop, i just go over bumps and stuff at an angle and its fine, but if your going to have it lowered then i guess you would need to have something custom done to it or made for it if the reason isnt the install
