Default Gauges have TERRETS!!

From the first day I have had my car, only when it is hot out, the gauges start bouncing around like they are on crack. Goes from hot to cold 2 times a second, same with empty and full, and the rpms, eventually they will just stop working completely. The only one that does not do it is the speedometer because it is mechanical, and my guess is that its a bad cluster. But I don't want to replace it if its not the cluster. Maybe GEM module? Anyone run across this before?

Sounds like a cluster. I've seen a bunch of cars at work do this (mainly GMC Sierra's and Chevy Silverados) and everytime it was the cluster.

You can get used ones from MPS or ebay, then you just have to swap out the digital odometer from your orignal cluster to the new one.
