jeez, i paid over 100.00 for mine. looks just like it, for my 98 v6. a little work to install it, but not bad, took maybe 20 mins. i love mine. i have a rear one too. the front one will really tighten the steering in the front.

does it improve the overall handling of the car, or would I not be able to notice it without getting on it around a corner?

Well my 95 came with one, however the difference from my 95 and my old 98/the 00 is pretty noticible whem making harder turns. So yea, go for it.

My dad had one on his 95GT but had to remove it when he installed the Flozilla. I tried to put it on my 98V6 but it hit the hood. Actually the hood would shut, but it was so tight that a good bump or flex or something might of cracked the hood. I deemed it not acceptable and sold it. Are you guys sure the v8 and v6 are interchangable?
