Ok. I think it's a piece of filter that went into the block thru the oiling system. Do you think an oil system flush will free this blockage up? Remember that it will only run for about 15 seconds before it blows the seal out of the oil filter. After that I lose all my oil pressure and have to turn it off.

i oil system flush might help remove the blockage. i am not sure. I have never had a car come in that after 15 sec's of running it the filter blows out. But like i said i should be able to help at least clean out the blockage.

I can't actually see or feel a blockage, I just assume there is one. Have you heard of the pump having a built in regulator? Someone mentioned to me that it might and that could have went out allowing it to over pressurize? I've never heard of such though.

no never heard of a built in regulator. I still think there could be a block or what i was thinking is your getting blow by in the oil over pressurizing it.

Could be a blockage for sure but it's hard to believe there could be enough pressure from blowby to blow the filter out like that.

Well, I guess I'm just gonna pull the motor. It's got about 300,000 miles on it anyway. I'll let you guys know what I find. I thought about just trying to blast whatever it is out with an air hose but that would just blow it into a bearing or something. Once I boil the block it should clean whatever it is out anyway.
