Default Should I put my Transgo kit in or not?

Sounds like a stupid question because I obviously decided to buy it like a year and half ago, but put off installing it because I was waiting to get a tranny cooler. My reason for concern is that I have read a few threads on 3.8 and v6power about how guys install theirs wrong and the transmission screws up. They prefer the j-mod to the Tansgo, but I already have the Transgo and would rather use it instead of going through the hassle of doing something else. I would get it installed by a transmission shop, because I don't wanna screw anything up. I was gonna get a converter, but I think it'd be wise to put that off until I get the car almost fully built to get the correct stall speed to complement the car better.

the trans-go is one of the best out there available. baumann engineering and trans-go are highly rated by TCCOA. the B&M is supposedly engineered wrong but i have not really had any problems with mine at all with alot of miles on it now.

do the transgo it will be just fine and you will love the fast firm shifts

Just install it properly and you won't have any issues.

yes the J-mod is best. Jerry however is the one who stated that the transgo and the baumann engineering kits are OK and the best of the comercially available

All the problems I've read though were from people that installed it themselves. I searched around here on the 4.6 modular section and the same holds true. I guess I'll get it done, but like I said I'll take it to a shop.

Anyone got a decent link of a cooler from summit - does it have to be a specific model or what?????
