Default quick tune up questions

Just a few quick tune up questions.

New spark plugs, do they need to be gapped to any specific number or fine the way them come? (NKG iridiums)

Screamin Demon coil pack, is there anything I should know when installing this, like timing or anything that I could screw up or does it go right on.

Seafoam, was going to do gas tank, brake booster, and crank case. Any advice on the seafoam? I know alot of people do it differently just wondering if there is anything I should know.

Iridiums should be pre-gapped.

Good luck with the coil, it should should hook right up, but don't expect any improvement.

Do a search on the seafoam, there are many different way to do it. Just do it before you put in your new plugs.

I seafoamed mine through the PCV valve because it looked like it would be more evenly distributed in all the ports than on the one side where the brake booster is. While you are at it, change the plug wires if you aren't already... MSD, Autolite, and the regular Motorcraft ones are good.

i knew I wouldn't get anything from the coilpack I was really just doing it as part of the tune up. I figured if I was doing the plugs and wires why not do that to. Taking your idea as well and doing the brakes/brake line flush, and I did search on seafoam I found a few different answers.

This is probably one of the better seafoam how-to's I've found....

Like I said, I prefer the PCV because it seems like it would be better distributed throughout the ports.

Whats the best way to pour the seafoam directly into the crankcase? Through the dipstick line or just pour it in where you pour in the oil on one of the heads.

Putting it in the oil opening in the valve cover is fine. Just don't drive like more than 150-200 miles with it in there. I usually fill up with gas and put a whole can in the gas tank. Then I wait til about I've run 1/2 a tank of gas and do 1/2 in the oil, and 1/3-1/2 in the PCV/brake booster. Then when I fill up on gas, I change the oil (about 125 miles).
