I've got a broken switch panel on the driver side door of my '03 mustang that needs fixing. Without taking the whole panel off, it looks like the bottom pin (nearest the arm rest) is broken. The panel stays in place and isn't causing a problem, until you close the door. Then the whole panel tries to come off. Is there a way to fix this? Can you buy new pins? I'm afraid I'm going to break something else if I don't get it fixed fast.

You don't have to take the whole door panel off to get the bezel off. There is a small groove in the top of the bezel(top middle sort of), take a screw driver and gently pry it out, it will come out. You could be missing the clip on the bottom of the bezel, which snaps it tight into the door panel.

Yep, it's that clip on the bottom of the bezel. Without removing the bezel entirely, I can see that it's broken. Do you know if it can be replaced? If not, I will try mending it over the weekend.
There should be a metal clip that goes over the plastic like rectangle on the bottom. They do come off sometimes so it may have fell down in your door panel. I checked an old bezel of mine and the clip is gone too, or I would of just given it to you.
I'll try to take the bezel off this weekend and see if I can find the clip. I know the plastic part is broken so I don't know if finding the metal clip will help. If nothing else, I will try to find something to replace it with or super glue the plastic part back together.
