A/C Problems with SES Light
hey everyone,
yesterday it was really hot and I went to go pick up some friends. After picking them up and running the air conditioning about 15 mins or so on the second lowest setting, I noticed the A/C going a little warm (more like outside temperature). I left it alone because I figured it would come back cold after a while I guess, and at the next red light, my friend pointed out white smoke coming from under my hood. I turned the A/C to vent on the lowest setting, pulled over, and couldn't find anything visually wrong. left the vent on with no more smoking, but when I got home, noticed the Service Engine Soon light was on. noticed oil was low, added a quart, and still have the light on. radiator coolant's fine, I don't really know what else to check. if I can't find the answer here, I guess I'll take it to the shop. anyone have any idea?
thanks.

What's the code? Mine's been doing the same thing, but due to the EXTREME heat we've been having my car has been getting a little warmer than usual. When the car starts to get hot, it will turn the a/c off to allow more cool air to pass through the radiator to help the car cool down.
