Default repairable wheels

Im looking for new wheels and came across these on the forum:

Is it cost effective to repair the wheels? Can you do anything about the curb rash? $450 is pretty cheap in my opinion.

I'd offer $250, I got my bullits for $200 plus shipping, keep shopping, a minute of patience is worth a lifetime of savings.
