Yes you can. One of the advantages of FULL synthetic is not having to change the oil every 3,000 miles. I can go 6-7 on full synthetic and not be worried. So i guess its all about what ur pref is.

i use amsoil 0-20 in my car every 25k miles. reason for it i saw the reviews and comparisons and used it and now i love it only cost me 55-60 an oil change for one year. i like it because it not refine from crude oil it a true synthetic other oils have synthetic properties and is refine from crude oil.

the only thing that you probably heard from switching to regular oil to synthetic is you might get a leak. that was back in the day. now the gaskets are better and don't leak. is that correct?

I used the information supplied by the company that spend BILLIONS, not hunreds like RP/amsoil/redline.

I've never had engine trouble using what the factory recommends, but I've lost a ton of engines to amsoil, redline, and royal purple.

I use WIX filters too but not sure why (my dad uses them on all his cars) as they cost me more that a normal Motorcraft filter but I guess its one of those habits that is to hard to break.
