I hook up a small vacuum line to suck the seafoam and water, it should take about 5 minutes to slowly pull through that little half can, so 20-30 minutes total work to run it all through. I use a long vacuum tube so I can sit on the driver's seat with the door open so I can regulate the flow and the throttle at the same time.

Smart, I always have someone else do the throttle for me. My cars due for a seafoam next oil change. When I pulled my upper intake my lower was black in the runners, I assume oil/carbon build up.

The carbon/oil build up in your lower intake runners---its from the pcv and egr. Mine was the same way when I installed the spacer.
