Default Egr delete questions?

If I get the egr blockoff plate through ssm I think it is can I just take that stupid pipe on the passanger side out? I know I'll need a tune too but I'm already getting one so no big deal.

It will probably get cut when coming out so idk if it will be in one piece but if it is I'll let you know. Good to know guys thanks. Any downside to the egr being deleted? And the headers already have the cap on them so no worries there

Who has the egr blockoff plate again? I remember answering this question for someone else not too long ago too.

my problem exactly. AND somehow my EGR valve suddenly got stuck open or closed or whatever at the same time i did my clutch swap and was causing my engine to run like **** at partial throttle, and i could not figure it out for the life of me bc i couldnt figure how the clutch swap could have anything to do with it. finally pulled the vacuum line off the EGR valve and capped it and the car runs now, coincidence i guess

you should just get your own. you dont actually need a tune right away. you will just throw a code until you get one. your ecu will recognize that something is wrong and will automatically shut it off. I had mine off without a tune for like a month
