i'd say like 90% of the people here or more would prefer a turbo. but that requires way too much work to run some nice boost on it. so i'm gonna go with a vortech for now.

for the money go with Vortech. a turbop would be best but they cost some serious $. and Prochargers are.........well, let me put it this way, of the 3 major Mustang shops in Atl, Modular Powerhouse, Dugan Racing, and Atlanta Chassis Dyno, none of them recommend Procharger or Powerdyne. enough said.

i don't know any shop that recommends powerdyne. just google for powerdyne reviews and you'll see why.

Nope, I love intercooled superchargers. I love quick and spontaneous and I couldn't care less about racing from a roll.

i say twin turbo just because i love the sound of a turbo and i love it when a high powered car gets the turbo to kick in and you get that sudden boost of power.

If you have serious dough and a LOT of time a twin turbo. I've seen prople run high 10's with stock internals in a 3.8.

But most people shouldn't be running those unless they are mostly track driven.

Street car with some track time, Vortech all the way.

Always a S/C. Turbos are harder to install and can cause serious damage. S/C can cause damage too, dont get me wrong, but I rather whine than lag! I have seen engine compartments that have turbos, and it is like WTF! You have crazy pipes everywhere, if you have to work on the motor, you are screwed! So I def. say S/C!

usually a good turbo kit has very little pipes. now on fwd v6 cars there is more piping in the engine bay than in most complete exhaust systems. www.tmaturbo.com has the best v6 turbo kit but i like the vortech simply because it is a proven company that is very reliable.
