ok guys first of all I live in california so i'm very limited to what i can modify on my exhaust. ok here is the deal i'm running with divorced dual exhaust on my mustang and although it feels and sounds good i'm a little concerned about my low end torque my car moves slower in the begining but faster at higher rpms and that is alright but not what i want. how can i fix that i want to get that low end power again, and since i'm already with duals would a h or x pipe would do the trick or i would have to go back to the y pipe.

Get a tune. Since you're in CA I don't think you'll be able to get away with LT headers, so just get a good custom tune and take advantage of what you have.
