Ok, so jus changed the fuel filter. Pretty easy to do. Went to turn it on, still wouldn't start. Let it sit for a few minutes and tried again. Finally turned over.

Drove it around the block a few times. Shut ignition on and off few times and it turned over quickly.

Only thing is when im in drive and idling seems like the car was getting a little weak. Like it was going to stall, but it didn't. I'll take it out in a bit to see if the idling in drive issue gets any better.

that could be an IAC issue... I think mine used to do something similar, but I have mine tuned to idle just sky of 1k RPM so I don't really notice it anymore

That was my 2nd thought. See if you have a milkshake in the radiator. Could also be a coil pack, spark issue. When was the last time those were changed?

yea u guys were rite milkshake coming out of exhaust and in oil. I guess he had burned the car or drove it without water in radiator. Prolly my fault should have checked fluids for him.

One of my dad's friends says hays he can repair head gasket for 300 + parts (im guessing). He works out of his house so guessing thats why it cheaper. Not sure if its worth it.

Anyone ever part out their car? We were owed about $1500 so the guys gave us this car instead last september. If i can get $1000 out of part out i'd be content.
