Default Exhaust Header replacement

Does any one know the company to go with besides Ford for replacing the passenger side header????? I've read and only seen Dorman. If there are any other companies you guys know about I'll look into it. Thanks.

I've got the BBK Ceramic Shorties in my '04. I love them, and they still look beautiful. What exhaust do you have right now?

BTW, the ceramics will help with the heat better, and they don't end up looking rusty and crappy.

I agree, try looking into bbk ceramic shorty headers for your model. Be nice little upgrade since you have to replace one might as well go ahead and do both sides.

I would do the bbk ceramic shortys or go with a set of 94-98 stock headers. They are a true header that goes into a collector. I have them on my car and they work great

If you just want an OEM exhaust manifold you could PM me to buy my set.
They are perfect and un cracked.

They are from a 2000.

The system is totally stock. I just needed a replacement. I bought one for 50 bucks off ebay from "AJ exhaust". DO NOT BUY EXHAUST MANIFOLDS FROM THEM! I ENdED UP HAVING TO HAMMER THE DOUGHNUT ON TO THE FLANGE TO BOLT IT UP AND THE FLANGE STUDS THAT CAME WITH THEM ARE CHEAP METAL AND STRIPPED SO I HAD TO RE-THREAD THEM! I should have bought some from NEoTOkyo instead would've saved me time. I'm sorry Neo.

Naw, its ok. Live and learn.

If you find yourself looking at some BBK headers though, they are a very good alternative.

But also a waist of money. Just get a set off 94-98 from a junk yard and be done with it.

In that case who would be a better company? MAC, or BBK? or is there another company that makes V-6 headers?
