Secondary air pump removal

Default Secondary air pump removal

Can the secondary air pump be removed in a way so that it does not throw the P0411 CODE and the check engine light stays off ?

I have the same problem and I do not have a smog pump what else can it be? I have 3.7 99 convertable all stock, 48 stater. Any suggestion? Can I reprogram the ECC?
