Default Interior Restoration Update - RSD now completed. Pics pg 2

Tomorrow I begin the process of laying down some raamat and eventually new carpet this weekend. Any suggestions before I start this adventure?

Its pretty straight forward.

1.) Remove seats.
2.) Remove console.
3.) Remove rear lower seat (Two plastic push tabs, be careful not to push too hard and break them.)
4.) Remove door sills.
5.) Remove front kick panels and dead pedal.
6.) Remove crapped out carpet.
7.) Reverse.

I have now finished installing the carpet and it looks great. I did throw down a layer or RAAMAT before I did the carpet. Haven't driven yet, so I don't know how effective it is. Probably be just fine though.

The new carpet looks awesome. It's really easier than you'd think. Just a little trimming, patience, and time. I have pictures from before and after...Including a redo of the color scheme in my '94. I'll upload later.

Awesome, the pics aught to look great.

New carpet always makes a car look great, be sure to protect it with some ScotchGuard and good floor mats.

So, the interior was black/tan. Changed to Black/Med. Gray. My tan carpet had gone to crap over the years, as you can tell, but no worries. The black looks great!

This is a '94 so that center console is actually from a '98.

Put in new steering wheel that had less wear and tear.

Also bought some cheap $8 floor mats that are gray. They complement my color scheme perfectly, and should tide me over until I get the gray cobra mats.

This was only the first stage in a complete resoration. Inside and out. It was a big stage at that. I'll keep ya'll posted.
