Hey Buck I just recently installed a set of projector headlights on mine (I have a 2001 v6). They are smoked instead of chrome and like others said smoked lenses provided less light but look incredible. Your high beans are super bright though. But they are still bright enough to see on low beans as long as you aren't on some twisty dark back road which at that point you would need high beams on anyway.

I ask because years ago I tried some glass lensed APC assemblies with projector lows and 9005 reflector highs. They seemed well made and looked nice but light output was garbage and I went back to keeping my OEM housing polished.

Mine are SN-95 Halo projectors. So they are a little brighter. Now compared to factory the low beams are a bit dimmer they are smoked lenses though, so i kinda expected that. But the high beams are way brighter than factory
