Both are indications of either the Mass Air Flow sensor is dirty and needs to be cleaned/replaced or you have a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.

Double check that the PCV is still plugged in and it still has spring pressure & operating OK. The EGR valve has 3 vacuum lines multi-colored, and banded together. They are plastic, not rubber so they are brittle and crack easy. One of the three runs up to upper intake manifold. Feel around and trace those. Clean the MAF sensor with appropriate cleaner. Spend $8.00 and Seafoam the hell out of it.
Please update when its running perfect. These pop up more often when you have a CAI and old Vacuum lines.
