I didnt look up the code but the stalling after warm up is a normal tell tell sign that the cats are clogged.

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0171

Both are indications of either the Mass Air Flow sensor is dirty and needs to be cleaned/replaced or you have a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.

Good luck...

anything after it.

Like the name says, IE your in a river fishing, you cast your line upstream and it floats downstream. You are the MAF.

The flow of air is the same.
The flow of exhaust is the same.

The filter is upstream of the MAF
The Throttle body is downstream of the MAF

The 1st O2 sensor is upstream of the cats
The 2nd O2 sensor is downstream of the cats

Hope that helped, sometimes you just need a mental image.

btw, when you clean your MAF it is best to remove the sensor from the housing but DO NOT touch the wires inside the sample tube, just spray them several times with MAF cleaner.
