Default need urgent help please

i dont know much about mechanical side of vehicles and my 98 mustang V6 is giving me issues. im curious if anyone could point me in the right direction as to what it is.
it started happening recently where upon start up of my car, it shakes very violently. this happens a good 80% of the time when i go to start it up. then once i actually start driving and get up to around 10 mph it all stops. while im driving, if i stop at a light or whatever it runs normally. is this cause for concern? its shaking enough to where i have stopped driving it and am relying on fellow friends for rides at the moment so... if yo have any ideas please let me know. thanks all!

Is it running rough (coughing, sputtering), or shaking like it's out of balance?
Automatic transmission?
Could be IAC (idle air control) getting stuck. It allows air into the engine when you don't have your foot on the gas. If it's stuck shut, it would cough and sputter.

I was thinking IAC or TPS sensors. That' or some odd electrical issue.

My vote is for a bad/loose motor or tranny mount. Pop the hood and start up the car. Watch the motor. Is it violently shaking side to side? If so, its probably a bad motor mount. If it's on the verge of stalling, then its probably the IAC valve. Is it throwing any CEL codes?

More detail. And yes pop the hood. Excellent place to start. RPM at start up ? A/C on/off ?
Vids possible ?
