Whats up everyone.

I have some questions
I have a 1999 4.6l v8 i think a GT Coupe donor car and want to put the engine into my 1994 v6 3.8l mustang coupe.

I would like to know what i need to switch over. I know engine,transmission,wiring,computers,etc.

Will it fit and what else am i missing that i need to switch over.

Also do i need a custom drive shaft if i switch over

You'll need the DS and you will also need to swap in the k-member from the GT.

Part of me just wants to start answering this type of question with:
You need to learn to use the search feature. If you can't figure that out, you won't be able to do the swap.

Easiest way to swap for you is drop the engine still on the K member and swap the whole front suspension at the same time. You'll get all the front end upgrades you'll want. You'll also want the rear end swapped over since you'll have it.

Also make sure to call your insurance company and tell them it now has a V8. If you don't, it's not covered if you drive it and you can be nailed with insurance fraud.
