Default Supercharged V6 with idling issues

I own an '01 V6 with a Procharger P-1SC-1 SC, doing 11 lbs of boost. For 3 years the car was in storage due to me being stationed in Korea. Upon returning, the car would have idling issues and sometimes come to a stall. I cleaned the throttlebody, replaced the fuel filter, the throttlebody position sensor and idle control valve. The SC is also making a weird, loud humming like noise. I checked all the piping and hoses and discovered the sound was actually coming from the SC itself. No codes have popped up, so I'm not sure if it is anything else besides the SC. I want to make sure it is not anything else before I send it to Procharger to have them check it out for me.

If anyone has any idea of what the problem can be let me know, I have tried everything to figure out what it can be.

have you checked to see if the turbine was moving or if it's turning freely?

The thing probably had a gear or something small seize up after sitting for so long.

Your Mustang shop would put it on the dyno for dirt cheap, just to pull some data, right??

I would guess the oil sat too long in the compressor without it being run. The noise is probably friction you're hearing from that.
