Default Connector/Module in RH Fender?

Long story short, i got an electrical issue and its making a weird noise in the right fender when the turn signal is on, it sounds like a flasher. What is that connector/module?? I can see it through a hole where my old intake use to be. It looks like it feeds the maf sensor, air temp sensor, turn signal, headlights, maybe ac compressor, etc etc....

I does feed the A/C, MAF, Air intake temp sensor, and if I remember correctly the control module for the cooling fan. I do not believe it has to do with the headlights. Those should be coming from over the top of the rad IIRC.
