Help on making my 3.8 auto faster?

Heya;
Yeah it looks like you have two bullet high flow converters, thats a good thing but could we get a closer look at the converters?
It looks like the O2 sensor is before the converter and there is no sensor after the converters, thats a bad thing if the rear two O2's are not shut off. Its also a bad thing if they did not use extenders and put the front two O2 sensors there and put the rear two O2 sensors in place of the front O2 sensors, that would cause problems too.
Ideal setup with no tuner needed for your exhaust is to retain all four O2 sensors. You need extenders to lengthen the wire harness. Your upstream O2's infront of the cats and downstream after the cats.
Of course it is ok to run just the front two O2 sensors and turn off the rear two.
You just need to be sure that the O2 sensors are in the correct location.
You should get a rear swaybar btw, stock is just fine for starters and they are dirt cheap.
As for the bar that you are talking about, that is called a Strut Tower brace and is one of the most worthwhile and easy chassis mods that you can do, its also very cheap. Go with the four point STB.
You can also get one for the shocks in the trunk, Kenny Brown and a few others make one, its also a great upgrade and cheap.
I suggest you your basic chassis and suspension mods at the same time so you can really feel the difference even though the STB makes enough of a difference to feel just by itself as well.
*Strut Tower Brace.
*Shock Tower Brace.
*Rear swaybar.
In the used marked thats not even $300 dollars in parts and they make the car feel so much more possitive while cornering.

Can you explain your question a little better shadow im a noob when it comes to theses cars this is my first american muscle. One other quick question i was thinking of doing a supersixmotor swap from 3.8/to 4.2 now it adds 80 hp, i was wanting to put a turbo on after i get the swap would that be best and if i did would i be pointless getting this http://www.vapauto.com/windstar.htm and a turbo?
