welcome to the forums!

how much are they asking? 4000-5000 would be a decent price I would guess.

Not sure how much to be expected. To give you an idea though I bought an 2002 Mustang V6 with 54,000 miles on it, base model for $7,000. And that was a very low price for even the base model.

I asked an old ford representative that I knew about the mustang especially the 1999-2004 year range and he said that as long as you use the ford recommended oil and change it as often as you should these cars are very durable and last well up to 200,000 miles. If you do purchase the car at 120,000 I would still be a little careful with it.

These engines are very reliable. You can get 200,000 easy out of them even beating on them every once and a while. 3,500 would be a good price. Any pictures?

Run a car fax!!! $3800 could be a good price look the car over really well and I'd even go as far as to have an independant mechanic look it over. Last thing you want is to buy somebody elses problems.
