I got my tunes from American Muscle, but a lot of other websites offer free SCT tunes for life. I got mine from there because they have dyno and track proven performance gains. Justin at VMP tuning offers great V6 tunes for 99-04 V6s, so you may wanna hit them up too.

If you are going to do anything SCT remote tune related (not dyno tuned) on a pushrod V6, Justin at VMP is the only person I'd talk to.

I bought my 2 SCT X CAL 2 tuners off of this site in the for sale section of the forums. There's usually 1-4 postings or more for tuners every month. So by no means are used tuners rare.

There are too many great reviews on this tuner saying it really "woke up there mustang" and they themselves only have slightly modded v6's. So yes, I have made up my mind to buy it and I think you should too! I just wish I could talk to someone who has actually used the tunes on there 99-04 v6 stangs haha.
Hopefully you didn't pay full price for borlas.... if so I don't know how you complain about a tuner price.

Well when a tuner is more then half the price of one of the best FULL catback exhaust systems, then yes I should be able to complain a little don't u think?
