Quick question:

For those of you who run koni yellow (single adjustables only), what is the maximum spring rate you can run on them for heavy track use?

I really want to get H&R Super races, which are 950-1050 front and ~300 rear, but don't know if those shocks can handle it.

Will probably run roughly 20 track days the coming summer, so any bad setup would be magnified half way through the season

Any input would be great!
