You will have to enlarge the holes for the studs on the 95 manifolds but apart from that its bolt on.

I don't feel like starting yet another thread, so I'll keep posting through this one:

So I went to the junkyard yesterday to pick up a few parts for my car, and I ended up pulling the exhaust manifolds off of a 95 v6 and a strut bar off of a 98 gt.

Strut bar (not mounted just placed for sizing):

After getting them I noticed a few issues. There seems to be a sensor on the on my current manifold that the 95 does not have and I have no idea what to do with it if I was to install them. Sorry the pic is weird I'm not very good with picture editing

And I also noticed that the strut bar looks like it was bent in the accident of the previous car it was on but the bend seems to almost perfectly go over the coil pack like it was designed to be that way. In the fitted picture i know its not on right because I have to take off the lower section of the cowl I only put it there for sizing. Is this bend normal, or caused by an accident?

Sorry this was such a long post but I felt like I couldn't really describe the situation without pictures. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Try fitting the bar, looks like its prolly like that on purpose, as for the manifold, someone correct me if I'm wrong but that's the egr and can be plugged?

Edit; so did the gt have a front end collision? Cause after looking around I can't find any bars with that bend.

94/95 V6s did not come with the strut tower brace, that was taken off of a 94/95 5.0. That's the way its made, it will fit 94-04 Mustangs, however there may be clearance issues that will require custom bending to make it fit or you have to get an aftermarket one. For example, the sway bar won't even fit 94/95 5.0s that have aftermarket upper/lower intakes, or intake spacers.

That pipe looks to be part of the air injection system. Similar to the EGR system on 94/95 Mustangs. You will need to take it to a shop and have the air injection tube cut and weleded in place.

Here is a pic of a stock strut tower brace on my old 5.0

And a pic of an aftermarket tower brace. See the size and angle difference for clearance.

Oh, ok that's a very clean engine bay, and I did pull it off of a 5.0. Itest fit it and there are no clearance issues hood closes fine.

As for the exhaust manifolds, what is the purpose of the egr/ intake thing and how would I go about plugging it? Is it important, and will it affect anything if I alter it?

Thanks!

Oh and in the picture of the aftermarket bar is it slightly angled mounted on the firewall or does it just look that way? When i put mine on it had that same slight angle too, is it normal?

I wouldn't try to plug it up, you're just asking for problems later. Get an exhaust show to cut and weld it onto the new manifolds.

Alright, will do. But what about the strut bar? Is it supposed to be mounted at a slight angle on the firewall?

It did, but it wasn't major, just fome dents in the fender and it was on the right side, the bend is on the left

The strut tower brace should fit relatively square in there, I'm not sure what you're asking about mounting at an angle.

This is what it should look like from a far installed.
