Default Trans cooler radiator connection serviceable?

I noticed this morning that the lower connection for the trans cooler lines going into the radiator on the drivers side is leaking a very small amount of coolant. Its the large nut attached to the plastic tank on the radiator. One of the trans cooler lines screws into this large nut. The plastic around the nut appears to be fine. Is this nut serviceable? Can I just remove the nut, apply some teflon, screw the nut back on and be good to go? Or is this something that I would have to take to a radiator shop? Thanks in advance...

Try what you asked. It could also just be loose.
